Meet the team

The chiropractors at Staines Chiropractic have trained for a minimum of five years gaining a “Masters in Chiropractic” (MChiro) followed by a “Doctor of Chiropractic” (DC). All chiropractors are registered with the General Chiropractic Council (GCC) and our chiropractors are also members of the British Chiropractic Association (BCA).

Felicity Wilkins

Senior Associate Chiropractor

Felicity grew up in Pembrokeshire, Wales before moving to Cardiff to study at WIOC (Welsh Institute of Chiropractic) where she graduated with a Masters in Chiropractic.

Alongside her studies, Felicity worked with a Championship level rugby club, providing pitchside first aid and treatment to injured players.

Felicity uses techniques such as dry needling, kinesiotaping and sports strapping alongside spinal manipulation therapy and soft tissue work to reduce symptoms and treat the root cause of the problem.

Felicity spends most of her free time with her rescue dog, Bruce! Together they enjoy woodland walks, beach days and camping trips.

Tom Hatch

Senior Associate Chiropractor

Tom graduated from the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic (AECC) with a Masters
Degree in Chiropractic (first-class honours).

Alongside his chiropractic degree, Tom is also a qualified in sports massage (BTEC Level 3).  This combination of treatment modalities provides Tom with valuable insight into the benefits of manual therapy and the importance of musculoskeletal health.
Tom’s initial interest in chiropractic stemmed from personal experiences as well as
observations of its transformative effects on his family members.
He combines a mix of chiropractic adjustments and soft tissue techniques to address
musculoskeletal presentations, ensuring his patients receive holistic and effective treatment.
He is committed to empowering his patients to achieve optimal health and mobility through
personalized chiropractic care and is driven by a desire to facilitate their return to the
activities that they love.

He is a member of the British Chiropractic Association, and a Licentiate member of the
Royal College of Chiropractors (RCC), being represented with the Graham Heale award
2024, for PRT candidate of the year.

Beyond chiropractic, Tom thoroughly enjoys strength training at the gym and has had past
experiences working as a lifeguard, and Level 2 Rugby Union Referee.

Stephanie Birtig, Chiropractor in Staines and New Malden

Stephanie treats a variety of muscle and joint conditions involving the spine and the whole body. She enjoys working with patients of all backgrounds and ages, regardless of their experience with movement or chiropractic care. Stephanie utilises a combination of soft tissue therapies, joint mobilisation and manipulation, taping and rehabilitation that will help to get you moving, functioning at your best, and assist you in meeting your goals.

Originally from Toronto, Canada, Stephanie has a background in dance, performing arts and fitness. She is a certified classical Pilates teacher, trained in New York City and she has worked for almost 10 years as a registered nurse, mainly practicing at emergency departments in both Toronto and New York City.

Nick Metcalfe, Chiropractor in Staines and New Malden

Nick splits his time between Staines and his other clinic in New MaldenHe has seven years experience working with Premier League sides Fulham FC and Brentford FC as their first team chiropractor (2017 – 2024). You can read more about his experience in sport here.

Nick doesn’t just work with athletes, he helps with people of all ages and activity levels. He can help the whole body, not just the spine. He will often use a range of treatment techniques including joint manipulation, muscle techniques, dry needling (acupuncture) and exercises. His aim is to reduce any pain, improve your flexibility and strength and help return you to being active and resilient again.

Nick was the founder of the clinic in 2011 before Dan Rampling took over in 2024.

Dan graduated with a Master’s degree from Anglo-European College of Chiropractic. At the age of thirteen Dan had recurrent ankle injuries from various sports activities, however, after consultation and treatment from his local chiropractor the issue was soon resolved.  From that moment he knew he wanted to become a chiropractor to enable him to help people recover from injuries and alleviate their pain.

Dan has a keen interest in sport and has worked with several different professional sports including premier league football teams, professional golfers and cyclists. He currently works as the Wales Women’s Football Chiropractor. He works with wide range of patients, not just athletes.  He aims to uncover the root cause of the complaint as early as possible and then tailors the treatment to suit the individual’s needs. This process increases the likelihood of a successful and swift treatment as well as reducing the likelihood of a reoccurrence of the problem.

Sergio Campos, Physiotherapist in Staines

Physiotherapist

All physiotherapists are registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and are called “Chartered Physiotherapists”. They have undergone a university degree in physiotherapy and once graduated continue to undertake further learning to improve their skills. Our physiotherapist works closely with GPs and Consultants.

Sergio trained at the ‘Vale do Sousa Higher School of Health’ in Oporto, Portugal. After graduating he worked in private clinics and an NHS hospital before relocating to the UK in January 2013 where he has been based in private practice and as an on-site Physiotherapist at Wembley Stadium.

Having completed post graduate training in dry needling, electro-acupuncture and kinesio taping, he is well placed to treat a wide range of musculoskeletal complaints. Sergio has experience working with athletes and sports teams and in exercise therapy and post surgical rehabilitation.

Sergio is a member of the Health and Care Professions Council (HPC) and is registered with most private health insurers.

Luke Honey

Sports Massage Therapist

Luke is a dedicated massage therapist who is passionate about the preventative and recovery benefits of massage, not only in the scope of sports injury, but in everyday life.

Prior to studying massage therapy, Luke worked in physically demanding environments, where injury was commonplace. It was this first-hand experience, seeing how massage can help with injury recovery, injury prevention and mental well-being, that prompted his studies.

Luke originally trained in holistic massage therapy at St Mary’s University, before gaining his Level 3 and 4 Sports massage qualifications.  He has worked as as a Sports massage therapist in clinics in Surrey and South-West London. He is currently furthering his training at St Mary’s alongside his work in private practice.

Luke is a member of the SMA (The Association for Soft Tissue Therapists) and employs a range of therapeutic approaches within his treatments including, muscle energy techniques, trigger point therapy, soft tissue release, myofascial release, and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation.

Tristan White, Podiatrist Chiropodist in Staines

The titles “Podiatrist” and ‘Chiropodist’ are protected in the UK and all practitioners must be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council. All podiatrists are educated to degree level and are required to continue their learning through continual profession development (CPD) every year.

Tristan graduated from the University of Brighton in 2009 and registered with the HCPC. He is enthusiastic and passionate about Podiatry as well as sharing the core beliefs of the Staines Chiropractic team; continually developing his knowledge and skill base, keeping up to date with the latest research and treating his patients in a professional yet friendly manner.

Tristan is able to treat a wide variety of conditions; these include everything from general foot care for nails, callus and corns to Nail-Surgery for Ingrown Toenails. He can also assess and treat a multitude of conditions such as foot pain, knee pain and in some cases lower back pain through controlling your foot posture, or in other words stabilizing your foundations.

The biomechanical aspect of Podiatry is of particular interest to Tristan; having undertaken extra research in this area. Since qualifying he has actively sought to continually develop his knowledge and experience through attending international Podiatric conferences and practical workshops on the latest techniques.
